For example, helping employers ensure they aren’t putting convicted fraudsters in charge of finances, or sex offenders in positions involving children.
This is a separate form of check, but one that most companies require new hires undergo before they officially begin work. To ensure the candidate is not using illegal drugs, most employers will outsource a drug screening to a third party, where the applicant will go to take their drug test.
